Mission Valley is the river corridor through central San Diego, in ZIP code 92108. Shopping centers, hotels, and condominium communities line the San Diego River. The trolley runs the length of the valley, and Snapdragon Stadium sits near the river park.

Most housing here is condominiums and apartments rather than detached houses. Hillcrest and Mission Hills are on the mesa to the south, and Linda Vista is on the mesa to the north.
